Policies
Cancellations and No-Show Appointments:
We understand that at times there may be a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for all appointments scheduled. Failure to give proper notice of changes or cancellation to your appointment(s) will result in a 50% service charge. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked and will be required to keep a form of payment on file to book future appointments. This policy is in consideration of the value of time of all our guests and team members.
All changes must be made during our business hours, via call, text, email or direct message via social media.
*First time late cancel or changes less than 24 hours will receive a warning.
*Second time and thereafter, the policy will be enforced!
Lateness:
If you find that you are running late and will be arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may have to be rescheduled in order for us to remain on time for the guests scheduled after you. You will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.
Additional Guest and Children:
Though we love to see your littles, we do ask that you refrain from bringing them to the beautique. Children under the age of 18 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.
Forms of Payment Accepted:
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Cash and Checks. There will be a $25 fee for returned checks. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Cards:
All gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be used for gratuities. Gift Certificates MUST be presented at the time of redemption, including online gift certificates. No exceptions. After one year from purchase date, gift cards and certificates depreciate in value by $5 per month. Gift Cards and Certificates over five (5) years old are no longer valid. Simply Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or certificates.
Returns:
Products may be returned within 30 days for a product replacement or full merchandise credit only.
